Privacy Policy
NoFlow is built so that the most personal thing about the app — your progress — never has to leave your phone.

Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how the NoFlow mobile app and this website handle information. NoFlow is a habit tracking and self-improvement tool. It is designed to work without an account, and personal tracking data is stored on your device by default.
No account is required
You can install and use NoFlow without creating an account, signing in, or providing an email address. We do not ask for your name, phone number, or a social profile in order to use the core features of the app.
Personal habit data is stored locally
The information you record in the app is written to storage on your own device. This includes:
- Streak and progress data — current streak, best streak, clean days, resets, and milestones.
- Urge and trigger data — SOS sessions you complete and the triggers or moods you record alongside them.
- Journal entries — anything you write in the private journal.
- App settings — reminders, app lock preference, and display options.
This data is not uploaded to a NoFlow server as part of normal use. If you delete the app, locally stored data is removed with it, so export a backup first if you want to keep it.
Notifications are processed on device
Reminders and check-in notifications are scheduled locally by the app. Notification content is designed to be discreet and does not need to describe your activity.
No sale of personal data
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your habit tracking data with data brokers.
No advertising tracking by default
NoFlow does not include third-party advertising trackers or advertising identifiers by default. If this ever changes, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect in the app.
Analytics
NoFlow does not currently include third-party behavioural analytics for your personal tracking content. If privacy-respecting analytics are added in future to understand aggregate app stability and usage, this policy will be updated to describe what is collected and how to opt out where applicable.
Data export
Where supported by your version of the app, you can export a copy of your data from the app's settings. Exports are created at your request and are handed to your device — for example to your files or a share sheet — so you control where the copy goes.
Data deletion
You can clear your data at any time from within the app. Clearing data removes your locally stored streaks, urge records, journal entries, and settings from the device. Uninstalling the app also removes its local data. Deletion cannot recover copies you have already exported yourself.
Device permissions
NoFlow asks only for permissions tied to a feature you use:
- Notifications — to deliver reminders and check-in prompts you have enabled.
- Biometrics (Face ID / fingerprint) — to unlock the app if you turn on the optional app lock. Biometric data is handled by your operating system and is never accessible to the app.
- Storage / file access — only when you choose to export or restore a backup.
You can revoke any of these in your device settings at any time.
Children
NoFlow is intended for adults and is not directed at children. Please do not use the app if you are under the age required by the app store listing in your region.
This website
This marketing website is served as static pages. It does not require an account, and the support form on the support page opens your own email client rather than sending your message through a NoFlow server.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the app develops. When it changes, the “last updated” date at the top of this page will change as well. Material changes to how data is handled will be described here before they take effect.
