NoFlow is a habit tracking and self-improvement tool. It provides streak tracking, daily check-ins, an SOS reset flow, trigger and pattern tracking, a private journal, and progress views. It is intended to help you record and reflect on your own behaviour.

You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, and at least the minimum age stated on the app store listing for your region, in order to use NoFlow.

You are responsible for how you use the app and for the accuracy of what you record in it. Because your data is stored on your device, you are also responsible for keeping your own backups if you want your history preserved across devices or reinstalls.

NoFlow is not a medical device or a healthcare service. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or professional advice. Nothing in the app or on this website should be treated as a substitute for consultation with a qualified health professional. If you are in crisis or believe you need clinical support, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

We do not guarantee any particular outcome, result, or health benefit from using NoFlow. The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
• Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any systems associated with the app or this website.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the app without permission.
