How streaks work
Your streak counts the consecutive days you have marked as clean. It advances with each daily check-in and starts again from zero when you record a reset — your earlier streaks stay in your history either way.
Answers to the most common questions about tracking, privacy, and getting NoFlow working the way you want.
Your streak counts the consecutive days you have marked as clean. It advances with each daily check-in and starts again from zero when you record a reset — your earlier streaks stay in your history either way.
Open SOS the moment an urge shows up. It walks you through a breathing step, a quick note of what triggered it, a suggested reset activity, and a timer — then logs the session when you finish.
Once a day, confirm how the day went. The check-in is what keeps your streak and activity calendar current, and it is where mood and trigger notes are captured.
Progress collects your check-ins into streak history, an activity calendar, and pattern views — including when urges tend to appear and which triggers come up most.
On your device. Streaks, urges, triggers, journal entries and settings live in the app's local storage and are not uploaded as part of normal use.
Where supported, open Settings and choose the export option. The app hands a copy of your data to your device so you can save it wherever you like.
Settings includes a clear-all-data action that removes your locally stored history from the device. Uninstalling the app removes its local data too.
Turn on the optional app lock in Settings to require Face ID, fingerprint, or your device passcode before NoFlow opens.
Check that notifications are allowed for NoFlow in your device settings, that reminders are enabled in the app, and that a focus or do-not-disturb mode is not suppressing them.
If you have an export, use the restore option in Settings to bring it back. Without an export, data removed from the device cannot be recovered — there is no server-side copy.
Force close the app and reopen it, then confirm your device is running a supported OS version and that NoFlow is updated to the latest version in your app store.
Settings can be returned to their defaults from within the app. This affects preferences such as reminders and app lock — it does not clear your tracking history unless you choose to clear data.
